Configurator questions
01Is the configurator a checkout?
No payment is taken here. The configurator builds your order and passes it to the onboarding form, where you confirm details. We send an invoice and a kickoff time once we have reviewed your order.
02How are bundle discounts applied?
If your plan and AI Engine choice match a bundle, the receipt applies the bundle price automatically. For example Showroom + AI Engine Complete is $449/mo. Bundles apply to monthly billing.
03Why are some add-ons hidden on bigger plans?
The CRM pipeline and reviews engine are already included in Showroom and Flagship, so they only appear as add-ons when you choose Shelf.
04Can I change my choices after ordering?
Yes. Before launch you can change design, plan or add-ons. After launch, upgrades take effect on your next billing date and downgrades at the end of the current period.
05What does yearly billing change?
The plan is billed once a year at 15% less than twelve monthly payments. Add-ons and AI Engine channels stay monthly.
06Are taxes included?
Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. If sales tax applies in your state, it appears on your invoice.
07What if I do not know which AI channels I need?
Start with none or with website chat and SMS. You can add the AI Receptionist or social DM channels later; nothing about your website needs to change.
08Is the launch fee refundable?
Yes, in full until we start building your site. Once the build starts it covers work already done. See the refund policy for details.
