Sending a notice
Send a notice through the contact page (topic "Something else") including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you believe infringes; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g). We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend services for clients who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
