Partner questions

01Who can join the partner program?

Marketing consultants, LO coaches, mortgage industry vendors, web professionals who do not build mortgage sites, and others who work with loan officers. We review every application.

02Can loan officers refer other loan officers?

Yes, as a simple thank-you referral. Licensed professionals should check their company policy before accepting anything of value for referrals.

03Can realtors be partners?

Referral arrangements between real estate and mortgage professionals can raise RESPA Section 8 issues. We do not offer referral compensation to settlement service providers for referring borrowers, and our program is about referring website clients, not borrowers. Ask your compliance team if unsure.

04How are referrals tracked?

With a tracked link and the partner name on the order form. Both count.

05What do partners receive?

Partner terms, including any referral reward, are sent after your application is approved, in writing, so they are clear and auditable.

06Do you offer white-label?

Not currently. Sites are delivered and supported under the Mortgage Website Shop name.

07Can I co-present a webinar with you?

Possibly. Mention it in your application and we will talk it through.

08How long does approval take?

We reply within two business days.
