Terms of Service

Our services

We provide website design, writing, hosting, maintenance, lead tools, content and optional AI Engine services to mortgage professionals. We are not a lender, broker, law firm or compliance consultant, and nothing we provide is legal, financial or lending advice.

Orders, launch fee and billing

Your order is accepted when we confirm it and you pay the first invoice. The launch fee covers the one-time build. Plans renew monthly (or yearly if chosen) until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel a plan with 30 days' notice. Refunds are covered in the refund and cancellation policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including NMLS IDs and licensing details, and tell us promptly when they change.
• Have your compliance team review and approve your site, AI answers and marketing before launch and after material changes.
• Obtain any consents required to contact people (for example TCPA consent for texts and calls) and follow platform rules on social channels.
• Have the rights to any content, photos and logos you give us.
• Not use our services for unlawful, misleading or discriminatory marketing.

AI Engine

The AI Engine answers general questions from content you approve and books appointments. It is configured not to quote rates, approve loans or give advice, but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its configuration, monitoring conversations and following up personally on anything that needs a licensed professional.

Ownership

You own your domain, your content, your photos, your leads and data. Our designs, code and templates remain ours and are licensed to you while your plan is active. When you leave, we provide an export of your pages, posts and images on request.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided during our published opening hours, within the support hours of your plan.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless the law of your state requires otherwise. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.

Content on this site is for general information. Sample sites show fictional lenders. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.
